Authors who publish their articles in Irsyaduna: Jurnal Studi Kemahasiswaan agree to the following copyright and licensing terms.

Author Rights

Authors retain copyright and grant the journal a non-exclusive right to publish the article as the original publisher. Authors may enter into separate contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the article, provided that its initial publication in Irsyaduna: Jurnal Studi Kemahasiswaan is properly acknowledged.

Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit or share their work through institutional repositories, personal academic websites, or other appropriate scholarly platforms, provided that the publication status and original source are appropriately identified.

Terms of the CC BY-SA 4.0 License

Under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License, users may share and adapt published material, including copying and redistributing the material in any medium or format and remixing, transforming, or building upon it, subject to the terms of the license.

Attribution	Appropriate credit must be given to the author(s), the original publication in this journal must be acknowledged, a link to the license should be provided, and any changes made to the material should be indicated.

No Additional Restrictions	Users may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from exercising the rights permitted by the license.

Author Warranties

By submitting and publishing an article in Irsyaduna: Jurnal Studi Kemahasiswaan, the author(s) warrant that:

• The submitted work is original and has been prepared by the stated author(s).
• The manuscript does not infringe the copyright, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other lawful rights of any third party.
• All sources used in the manuscript have been appropriately acknowledged and cited.
• Any copyrighted material reproduced from other sources has received the necessary permission when such permission is required.
• The manuscript does not contain unlawful, defamatory, fabricated, falsified, or knowingly misleading material.
• The author(s) have the authority to grant the journal the publication rights described in this policy.
