Proses Perubahan dan Pengembangan Organisasi dalam Kurikulum Merdeka

Organizational change and development is important in dealing with challenges and changes that occur in various fields, especially in education. Communication is the main key in the process of change and development. Followed by the ability of managers in making decisions so that the organization can change and develop according to the goals desired by the organization. In the field of education, one of the changes occurred in the change of curriculum which is considered as the heart of the educational unit. The curriculum used is the independent curriculum. Merdeka Curriculum is a new approach in the education system that promotes freedom of learning and self-development of students. In the Merdeka Curriculum, educational organizations experience significant changes and developments to achieve goals. The method used in this article is library research. The results obtained show that changes have occurred in the independent curriculum in education units regarding: 1) Focusing on competence; 2) Project-based learning; 3) Empowerment of students; 4) Use of technology in learning and 5) formative assessment. Meanwhile the development carried out in the implementation of the independent curriculum in educational units includes: 1) Training and Workshops; 2) Collaboration and Professional Discussion; 3) Action Research; 4) Continuous Learning; 5) Formation of a Professional Learning Community; 6) Development of Learning Materials; and 7) Evaluation and Monitoring.
