The integration of science into Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is a key priority in the development of Islamic education, as it bridges religious knowledge, scientific reasoning, and the character development of students. This integration cannot be achieved merely by including verses from the Qur’an or hadiths in science curriculum materials; rather, it requires a conceptually, pedagogically, and evaluatively sound framework that can be justified. This article aims to formulate a framework for analyzing the implementation of science integration in Islamic Religious Education at Primaganda High School in Jombang, taking into account planning, implementation, evaluation, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors. The study was designed using a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation of instructional materials.Data analysis will be conducted through data condensation, data presentation, and the drawing and verification of conclusions. A review of the latest literature on the integration of science and religion will serve as the foundation for developing analytical dimensions that encompass thematic integration, conceptual integration, and reflective integration. The research results present empirical findings regarding teaching practices at Primaganda High School in Jombang. The intended contribution is the development of an analytical perspective to assess the quality of science integration in Islamic Education (PAI) instruction based on the accuracy of sources, the depth of interdisciplinary connections, student engagement, and the alignment of assessment with learning objectives.
