Digital Pedagogy dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam: Transformasi, Implementasi, dan Tantangan di Era Digital

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (IRE) in the digital age faces the demand for a transformation toward an integrative approach that combines technology, pedagogy, and Islamic values. However, practices in the field are still dominated by conventional approaches that have not yet fully optimized digital pedagogy in a substantive way. This study aims to analyze the concepts, implementation, and challenges of digital pedagogy in PAI instruction and to formulate a conceptual model based on Islamic values. This study employs a qualitative approach using library research. Data were obtained from journal articles, academic books, and previous research relevant to the themes of digital pedagogy and Islamic education. Data collection was conducted through a documentary study by systematically searching for and selecting sources based on relevance and recency. Data analysis employed content analysis techniques through the processes of reduction, categorization, and interpretation to produce a comprehensive conceptual synthesis. The research findings indicate that digital pedagogy in Islamic Education (PAI) must be understood as a pedagogical transformation that fully integrates technology, active learning strategies, and Islamic values. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the success of digital pedagogy in PAI lies in the integration of Islamic values as the primary foundation throughout the entire learning process. This study contributes to the development of a value-based conceptual model of digital pedagogy in Islamic Education that can serve as a theoretical and practical reference for improving the quality of Islamic Education in the digital age.
