Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of teacher pedagogical competence on student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education Islamic education subjects at SMP Negeri 3 Bambapula Kec. Dampal Utara District. This research uses a quantitative approach with a Likert a Scale of 91 respondents determined through saturated sampling techniques, as well as documentation of student report card grades. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and inferentially using classic assumption tests and t-tests. The results showed that teacher pedagogical competence was in the sufficient category with an average value of 72,18, while student learning outcomes were in the good category with an average of 83,58. The simple linear regression test resulted in a significance value of 0,000 (<0,05) and a coefficient of determination (R2) OF 0,647. These findings conclude that teacher pedagogical competence has a significant influence of 64,7% on student  Islamic education learning outcones, while the rest is influenced by other external factors.
