Abstract

The concept of Islamic religious education is a system consisting of interrelated components designed to support the achievement of its objectives and goals. One of the objectives and goals of Islamic religious education in madrasah diniyah is to foster sound and broad-minded thinking. This article will explain the concept of Islamic religious education in madrasah diniyah: its objectives and goals according to Salsalah Rafid Littahyil As-Saqofi. The research method used in writing this article is library research, with the primary source being the book At-Tarbiyyah Al-Usriyyah by Salsalah Rafid Littahyil As-Saqofi. Through content analysis, it was found that the role of Islamic moral education, according to Salsalah Rafid Littahyil As-Saqofi, has one primary objective: to help children become individuals who think positively and possess a broad perspective.
