The development of digital technology has brought changes to the world of education, particularly in the provision of learning resources. Digital libraries have become one of the means that have the potential to strengthen students' literacy in Islamic Cultural History (SKI) subjects. This study aims to describe the strengthening of literacy in SKI subjects through the use of digital libraries at MTs Darussalam Ngoro Jombang and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation with research subjects including SKI teachers, library managers, and students. The results of the study indicate that the use of digital libraries can expand access to learning resources, increase reading interest, and help students understand SKI material more deeply. Supporting factors for strengthening literacy include the availability of technological facilities and support from the madrasah, while inhibiting factors include students' limited digital literacy and internet network constraints.
