Qur’an memorization learning requires systematic methods to ensure that students are able to memorize fluently, accurately, and sustainably. One method commonly applied in tahfiz programs is the 3T+1M method, which consists of Talaqqi, Takrir, Tasmi’, and Muraja’ah. This article aims to examine the implementation of the 3T+1M method in improving the quality of Qur’an memorization in the tahfiz program at SDIT Brilliant Mojoagung. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with field research design. The research subjects included tahfiz teachers and students, while data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted interactively through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with data validity ensured through source and technique triangulation. The implementation of the 3T+1M method was carried out systematically and continuously, starting from talaqqi as a model of correct recitation, takrir through repetitive memorization, tasmi’ as an evaluation of memorization accuracy, and muraja’ah to maintain memorization consistency. The application of this method encourages improvement in memorization fluency, accuracy of recitation based on tajwid and makhārijul ḥurūf rules, as well as students’ confidence and discipline in memorizing the Qur’an. Therefore, the 3T+1M method is relevant and effective for implementation at the elementary school level in accordance with students’ developmental characteristics.
