This study aims to examine the concept of humanistic therapy from the perspective of the Qur’an and its relevance to Islamic counselling and guidance. The method used is a literature review with a qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that humanistic principles are in harmony with the values of the Qur’an, such as respect for humanity, freedom of choice, responsibility, and a meaningful purpose in life. This approach is relevant for use in the practice of Islamic counselling and guidance to help individuals achieve psychological and spiritual well-being.
