This article aims to identify the strategies employed by the headteacher to improve the quality of educational services at MTsN 1 Lamongan, and to assess the effectiveness of these strategies in enhancing the quality of educational services at MTsN 1 Lamongan. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data collection techniques included observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The research subjects included the headteacher and teachers as the main informants. The results of the study indicate that the headteacher’s strategies encompass vision- and mission-based planning, the development of teachers’ competencies through regular training, the strengthening of students’ character through religious and extracurricular activities, and the enhancement of cooperation with the committee and the community. These strategies are implemented systematically and involve all components of the madrasah. They have proven effective in increasing student participation, discipline, and the satisfaction of the school community with educational services.
